ReWired Brown Ale
Brown ale is perhaps the most versatile style of beer in the world, but is often overlooked. Possibly because the mass brewing companies have driven the style into oblivion by claiming it for their most unattractive products? Mull that over while you sip this beer: it's malty, hoppy, roasty, flavoursome and refreshing. Some might say it's Brown Ale 'redefined', we'd say it's REWIRED. Cheers!

Saison Sauvin
As with all 8 Wired beers this is a modern, you might say New World, interpretation of the saison style. They used a traditional French saison yeast, which provides a plethora of funky, earthy, very "Belgian" flavours; and they upped the ante by doubling the amount of malt, and thereby the alcohol, and loaded the kettle with punchy Nelson Sauvin hops. 7%

Wow. This is the perfect session beer -- loaded with complex yeast flavors, hopped to perfection, and as drinkable as any beer you've ever tried. With it's low abv, it's built for drinkability -- we suggest buying it by the case. 4.5%
De La Senne
Bruxellensis
A brilliant beer highlighting the earthy, funky yeast known as Brettanomyces. This is dry and crushable, with tropical fruit fermentation character and a lovely, fresh hoppiness.
De La Senne
Crushable Saison
A collaboration with Pennsylvania's cult-brewers Tired Hands. Floral, tart, hoppy, and yes, quite crushable.
De La Senne
Kuro Oni
A delightful black IPA brewed in collaboration with former Dieu du Ciel! mastermind Luc Lafontaine. Big, bold, and bitter.
De La Senne
Monsieur Shelton
Monsieur Shelton was made to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Shelton Brothers importing. It's a lovely blonde Belgian ale, hopped generously for a drying hoppy finishing bite. Beautiful stuff!
De La Senne
Schieve Funambulo
A bold Belgian strong pale ale--10% ABV, intensely fruity, and lastingly bitter. Creamy, citrusy, and potent.
De La Senne
Stouterik
Stouterik is a classic Belgian Stout. It's low in alcohol, contains no spices, & won't make your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth. We defy anyone to just drink one. Roasted malts and unmalted roasted barley give layers of dark bitter, chocolatey flavors, and like all De La Senne beers, this one is hopped to the max for drinkability. 4.5%
De La Senne
Wadesda #5
A pale, hoppy blonde ale made with pelletized Perle hops.
De La Senne
Wadesda #6
Wadesda #6 is a pale, hoppy blonde ale made with a very unusual ingredient: freeze-dried Perle hops. Drink alongside Wadesda #5 for best results!
De La Senne
X-Mas Zinnebir
Malty and rich, this has dense, berry-like fruit character alongside a black pepper and clove-like spiciness. Drying and bitter on the finish. So good!
De La Senne
Zinnebir
Loosely translating to 'Little Bastard Beer', Zinnebir drinks somewhere between a pale ale and a saison. It has a lively yeast backbone of earthen nutty pepper, a body of apple and pear, and a finish of fresh hop bitterness. A standout in the relatively new field of hoppy Belgian blondes, Zinnebir is a good start to a long day of drinking.
De Molen
Bloed, Zweet & Tranen
A smoked stout made with blood, sweat & tears, English peat smoked malts, and another smoked malt from Bamberg, Germany. Sweet, bitter, fill of berry, coffee and chocolate flavors, and a hint of smoke.
De Molen
Bommen & Granaten
With a name like Bombs & Grenades, one shouldn't be surprised by the strength of this barley wine, but the use of champagne yeast has had a refreshing effect on the flavor. Plenty of fruit like orange, tangerine, and sweet apples. It's powerful & full-bodied but still easy going.
De Molen
Cease & Desist
This stout used to be called "Rasputin", but a cease & desist letter from a CA brewery encouraged them to change the name. It's a special imperial stout that's only brewed a few times a year. 10.7%
De Molen
Hamer & Sikkel (Hammer & Sickle)
Just stretching over 5% ABV, this is a surprisingly un-extreme beer from a brewery known for their aggressive beverages. Drinkable without sacrificing in complexity--expect flavors of licorice, smoke, and dark, bitter chocolate.
De Molen
Hel & Verdoemenis (Hell & Damnation)
Another perfect imperial stout from the brewery that brought you Rasputin and Tsarina Esra. Like those, this is a dark, rich, force of a beer. Ultra-dense but not cloying, strong but not boozy, and aggressive but elegant. This is complex stuff--a beer to be sipped slowly and allowed to transform on its approach toward room temperature. Menno suggests that this can be cellared for up to 25 years, but good luck hanging onto it for that long.
De Molen
Hemel & Aarde
Pours almost pitch black and opaque with a small head. Furiously peated aroma, hiding the malt, licorice and dark chocolate somewhat. Very full-bodied, thick mouthfeel, like a fluid bread.
De Molen
Kopi Loewak
An imperial stout made with rare coffee beans that have been ingested, but not digested, by Civet cats. As the brewery's website says, "This whole process of eating, pooh, find the pooh and treat the berries is very time consuming." The special brew tastes roasted and bitter like an espresso. 9.5%
De Molen
Molenbier
This is one of De Molen's first brew recipes! An English-style strong ale, Molenbier is strong, flavorful & well hopped like most of De Molen's beers. Moderately sweet, nicely bitter, lightly fruity, & perfectly in balance. 7.5%
De Molen
Mooi & Meedogenloos
Another winner in De Molen's range of small-batch strong beers; this is a raisin-y, spicy strong ale brewed inside an old windmill! A toasty, dry finish tempers the sweetness - readying you for the next sip. 10.2%
De Molen
Rook & Vuur
Perfectly balanced beer with hints of smoke and a small fire on your tongue. Brewed with smoked malts and chili peppers!
De Molen
SSS Triple Stout
Beer historian Ron Pattinson and De Molen came together to brew this recreation of a 1914 recipe that Pattinson discovered in his research. Full-bodied and sweet, this is a rich, malty stout that is quite unlike anything else made today. A very well hidden 10% ABV.
De Molen
Tsarina Esra
The Imperial Porter veers dangerously close to an Imperial Stout but with a softer, less roasted character. Instead you'll find rich chocolate & some earthy bitterness from the hops. Dangerously smooth! 11%
De Molen/Tired Hands
Lost & Found
A dark brown beer aged and dry hopped in oak casks. Lightly tart and bitter with grapefruit, pepper, and cherry flavors amidst funky Brettanomyces character. Drink one now and save some for later--this beer should change dramatically with age.
De Proef
Surly Bird #3
Complex & refreshing golden ale with a refined yet beguiling primitive wild yeast character. Brewed to evoke the mysterious wild farmhouse ales of days gone by, this "primitive ale" pours a hazy golden straw color with a fluffy head of foam. Mellow hops & a distinct Belgian yeast character up front. The finish is wonderfully dry! 9%
De Ranke
Cuvee de Ranke
Old-style sour beer from De Ranke blended with Girardin lambic. An old style that's largely been forgotten, but revived here by De Ranke. Similar to a kriek style beer, except in this case there has been no addition of fruit. 7%
De Ranke
Guldenberg
A strong blonde ale that claims vaguely to be an “abbey” beer, Guldenberg bears no resemblance whatsoever to any Tripel you may have sampled, except in color perhaps. It is very hoppy and malty (though not quite as assertive as De Ranke’s XX Bitter). A wine-loving friend of ours pronounced it “too good to be beer.” We’ll just say that Guldenberg shows just how good beer can be.
De Ranke
Hop Harvest 2013
A fresh-hopped beer featuring hops from the 2013 harvest. XX Bitter's hopping schedule with Saison de Dottignies' malt bill!
De Ranke
Kriek
An unbelievable blend of sour cherry beer and traditional lambic. Dry and funky with a TON of great cherry flavor. Tastes great now and can be laid down for years to develop in the bottle.
De Ranke
Noir de De Dottignies
A delightfully earthy and hoppy farmhouse beer. Six different malts are used to give this beer its rich, deep, almost black color. The generous dose of Challenger and Saaz hops provide the balance between sweet and bitter. 9%
De Ranke
Pere Noel
A fantastic Christmas beer, but one that defies the universal custom of a stronger, spicier beer for the holiday season. At 7% alcohol by volume, this one is relatively lighter in alcohol than the Guldenberg, and does not pack the hop punch of the XX. It combines some of the best elements of those other two beers – with a fine balance of malt and hops, complex character, a refreshing dryness, and a gorgeous cellar aroma – but is distinguished by its festive copper color.
De Ranke
Saison
The latest from De Ranke, one of our favorite breweries! A perfectly refreshing farmhouse saison. A nice dry hoppiness, a nice smooth flavor. This beer is perfect with food or alone. It's just, well, perfect!
De Ranke
XX Bitter
XX Bitter or Extra Extra Bitter is a blond, bitter ale containing 6.2% vol. Alc. It’s famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is being made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hop flowers. A perfect combination that has been nationally and internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium. 6.2%
De Ranke
XXX Bitter
De Ranke's classic XX Bitter taken to the next level. Originally brewed as a one-off for a beer festival, this was too well-liked to let disappear.
De Witte
Leeuw Amarillo Sun
Amarillo Sun is a contemporary refreshing summer beer with a taste for more. Selected grains and hops make this beer a nice drinkable beer, with the U.S. hopping slightly citrus aftertaste give. To taste on a sunny terrace, or relax outside in the garden or camping. 6%
Dieu du Ciel!
Aphrodite
The ultimate dessert beer? Brewed with cocoa and vanilla, this is a silky-smooth, luscious and chocolatey stout. So good.
Dieu du Ciel!
Blanche du Paradis
A Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander seeds and Curaçao orange peels, the spices traditionally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much raw wheat as malted barley, it presents a veil of yeast and proteins giving this style its "Blanche" name. Round and light at the same time, it exhales fresh baked bread aromas, and reveals spices and citrus flavours, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.
Dieu du Ciel!
Corne du Diable IPA
Corne du diable (French for "Horn of the Devil") certainly lives up to its sinister name. Styled after classic English India Pale Ales, it reassures you of its refined and refreshing character, but it draws influence from the IPAs of the west coast of North America in it's aggressively hoppy nature and seductively sweet malt character. Sharply bitter with a powerful hop aroma from dry-hopping; simultaneously smooth with a malty, caramel and toffee sweetness.
Dieu du Ciel!
Dernière Volonté
An experiment gone right! DDC! combines English and Belgian brewing traditions in this beer for a yeasty, floral and bubblegum-like delight of a beer. Dry and grassy, with stone fruit-like character.
Dieu du Ciel!
Équinoxe du Printemps
A Scotch ale with a very Quebec twist: the addition of maple syrup! A malty, mapley force of a beer at 9.5% ABV.
Dieu du Ciel!
Grande Noirceur
Those genius Québécois brewers have done it again! Heavily bitter and slightly sweet, this is a big ol' imperial stout you can't help but love.
Dieu du Ciel!
Péché Mortel
This cult favorite is an aggressive imperial stout brewed with coffee. It's intensely bitter and packed with an insane amount of coffee flavor. Licoricey, chocolatey, and deeply satisfying. 9.5% ABV.
Dieu du Ciel!
Penombre
DDC's attempt at marrying IPA and porter. Dark roasted coffee-like malt character is nicely complemented by grassy, herbal hoppiness with some English marmalade-like citrus flavor.
Dieu du Ciel!
Rigor Mortis
This fantastic sipping beer has intense malty and sweet flavors, along with complex red fruit and spice flavors due to the type of yeast that is used during the brewing process.
Dieu du Ciel!
Rosée d'Hibiscus
This is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose color comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavor of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.
Dieu du Ciel!
Route d'Epices
Route des épices (French for "Spice Route") is a rye beer brewed with both black and green peppercorns. Initially, the beer reveals flavors of fresh grain and malt, which give it notes of chocolate, caramel, and fruit. The pepper flavor and aroma is fully revealed in the finish, which leaves a pleasant, spicy, tingling sensation on the tongue.
Djaevlebryg
Gudelos
Imperial stout with burnt notes from the malt mingled with sweet nuances and a warming depth from the alcohol. 8.9%
Djaevlebryg

Can be enjoyed with strong cheeses or on its own. Enjoy now or lay some down in the cellar for future contemplation! 10.5%

Dragon's Head
Columbia Crabapple
Fall is apple season, and there's no more seasonally-appropriate a beverage than cider for your Thanksgiving celebrations. Dragon's Head's new Columbia Crabapple belongs on the table, with a zippy acidity and an elegant tannic structure to keep things balanced. It's just a touch off dry, which helps it work with the wide range of food on your table, from prime rib and green bean casserole to sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie.
Dragon's Head
Manchurian
Manchurian Cider gets its name from the Manchurian Crabapple, a tart, punchy little apple that provides brightness and a soft, drying astringency to the finish of this complex, tropical, citrusy, and drinkable cider.

Drie Fonteinen
Beersel Lager
When expert lambic blender Armand Debelder decided to create a beer with a higher fermentation, he applied the same dedication to quality as he does with his lambics. The beersel lager is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. 6%
Drie Fonteinen
Oude Geuze
Sour fans rejoice! Here you have a true Gueuze - a blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, and aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending. 6%
Drie Fonteinen
Oude Geuze Golden Blend
A blend of 1, 2, 3 and 4 year old lambics that is an absolute must-try for sour fans! Gueuze is traditionally a blend of only up to 3 year old lambics - one reason being that by year four, much of the lambic will have "evaporated" out of the barrels. DF has gathered this remaining precious four-year old lambic and created Golden Blend. A rare treat. 6%
Drie Fonteinen
Oude Kriek
Sour cherries are added to young lambic that undergoes a 2nd fermentation resulting in this sour/sweet masterpiece. Smells of sour cherries, woody cherry pits & some funky notes - scarcely preparing you for the puckering sourness within. 6.5%

Verdi Imperial Stout
A quaffable Imperial Russian Stout with a medium body and good lingering finish. Brewed with hot peppers! Licorice aroma and nutty in character. 8.2%
Duysters Loterbol
Blond
From the smallest commercial brewery in Belgium - this is a crisp blonde ale that is very tasty and mightily satisfying. It drinks a little spicy, though no spices are used in the brewing. The exotic palate of this beer comes from the unique strain of yeast. ‘Loterbol’ is a Flemish word for a fool or prankster, an allusion to the deceptive smoothness and drinkability of this beer. 8%

EKU
28
EKU brewers had a plan: to take traditional techniques of bock beer brewing to the extreme. Malt concentration was doubled or tripled (the exact formula still remains secret), giving the yeasts more fuel for conversion to alcohol. Made for moments of quiet contemplation or warm conversation amongst friends. 11%
EKU
Pils
When the very first clear, golden lager was brewed in the Bohemian town of Pilsen in 1842, beer drinkers the world over were immediately enchanted. The Germans quickly proved to be the most passionate devotees of the new style. Towns across the land began brewing their own “Pilsner” beers, and the name of the style was soon shortened to the friendlier “Pils.” EKU makes a truly great Pils, a little maltier and more ‘Bavarian’ than the rest. The 6-packs are brand new for the American market.
Ellezelloise
Hercule Stout
A "Belgian stout": very malty, but dry, with a hint of sweetness in the finish, and perfectly hopped. It has a very distinctive and intoxicating spicy aroma of fresh spruce that suddenly, irresistibly, fills the room when the swing-top is released.

Fantome
Brise-BonBons
Brise-BonBons is an intentionally brash beer--perhaps the most bitter beer Fantome makes. But it's also one of its most loved. This grassy, lemony, and herbaceous strong ale is a real enjoyable brise-bonbons!
Fantome
Chocolat
Fantome is a pretty weird brewery, alright, and this is one of their weirdest beers. It's also one of our favorites. Chocolat is brewed with cocoa powder and chili peppers, but don't expect a big, burly stout. This is a pale-ish saison that manages to be subtle and elegant, with the added ingredients working in harmony with the yeast to create a tart, complex, and cohesive sipper.
Fantome
Coffee Ruby
Intriguing caramelized, peppery Fantome funk with an added touch of toasty coffee character. One of a kind!
Fantome
Dark White
Dark White is a spicy, pale amber beer with just under 5% alcohol. Despite it's lack of alcoholic strength, this beer packs a huge amount of flavor. It's brewed with black pepper, but expresses a whole range of flavors from earthy and bitter to fruity and bright. Delightful!

Classic Fantôme funk! Tart, and dense with a whole lot of dried dark fruit character.
Fantome
Pissenlit
This beer is made by first infusing the brewing water with dried dandelion flowers, which, in French, are called "pissenlit" (don't ask for the direct translation on that one). You'll taste a layer of intriguing floral elements, but this is otherwise a bright, spritzy, strong saison with a notable hop bitterness.
Fantome
Saison
Fantome is one of Belgium's iconic breweries, and their reputation was built on this beer. It's a truly strange drink, with briny, floral, fruity, earthy, and funky aromatics all converging beautifully to create something one-of-a-kind.

Freigeist
Pimock
Pimock is a slang word to describe a non-local who is attempting to speak Cologne slang, but failing to do it properly. A clever name for a beer made in a non-native style! Pimock is an unfiltered Hefeweizen, but brewed with native Kölsch yeast. It is also more heavily hopped than a traditional Hefeweizen.
Geants
Goliath Tripel
A little more red in the face than your average triple (almost an amber, really), nicely balanced with a bracing hop note versus a solid malt wallop. One of the few Tripels in Belgium that is all-malt -- without any sugar or other additives. That means it starts out a bit sweeter than some, but over time, the live yeast in the bottle do their work, it gets drier and more punchy. 9%

The ginger's spice is nicely balanced by a pleasant sweetness provided by organic pineapple juice, and lemon and lime juices offer a balancing acidity. It's not a beer, not a mead, definitely not a soda...it's just...Green River's Ginger Libation.

Haandbryggeriet
Barrel Aged Porter
It used to be that all farmers in Norway made beer. Some also made Akevitt (aka Aquavit), a spirit flavored with herbs or spices. A shot of Akevitt was traditionally chased with a slug of beer. In a brilliant turn of one-stop-shopping ingenuity, the Haand brewers - four guys making beer in their spare time, on an absurdly small scale - have aged this traditional dark, hearty farm Porter in Akevitt barrels.

Hesjeøl
Brewing was very much a part of farm life in old Norway. Indeed farmers were required by law to make beer and could loose their lands if this duty was neglected. Haandbryggeriet
Norwegian Wood
Years ago in Norway, farmers were required to brew by law. Failure to do so resulted in forfeiture of the farm. The beer had a naturally smoky flavor -- the malts would have been kilned on an open fire -- and because hops were not cultivated in this northern climate, local juniper berries were added for flavor. Inevitably, this law -- finally one that we could have gotten behind! -- was abolished, and the tradition of smoked beer in Norway was lost. The Haand brewery, however, has brought it back to life, with this studied recreation.
Haandbryggeriet
Odin's Tipple
Originally meant to be a Strong Ale, the brewers decided to focus on making great beer without extreme alcohol. At approximately 11% ABV, has a great body without being "old engine oil" and it "is still very drinkable due to the wild yeast we use." The beer is made with a single strain of wild yeast. No added coffee or chocolate; the deep dark color and rich flavor come from lots and lots of chocolate malt.

MAD Beer
Bitter
MAD ("food" in Danish) Beer is the brainchild of Mikkel of Mikkeller and chef Jakob Mielcke--they make beers designed to be paired with food. Bitter is an IPA brewed with shiso. Shiso's bright basilly, cilantro-like flavor sits alongside citrus, melon, and tropical fruit character imparted by five American hop varieties. It's bitter, but not overwhelmingly so.
MAD Beer
Salt
MAD ("food" in Danish) Beer is the brainchild of Mikkel of Mikkeller and chef Jakob Mielcke--they make beers designed to be paired with food. Salt is brewed with umeboshi (salted, pickled plums) and fermented with the wild yeast Brettanomyces. The result is a lightly tart, lightly salty beer with a mellow berry and plum-like flavor. Perfect for oysters.
MAD Beer
Sød (Sweet)
MAD ("food" in Danish) Beer is the brainchild of Mikkel of Mikkeller and chef Jakob Mielcke--they make beers designed to be paired with food. Brewed with popcorn and dark brown sugar, Sød is intended to accompany dessert. It's sweet, yes, but there's a whole lot more going on here as well. The beer has a good amount of upfront roasty bitterness that fades into toffee-like sweetness before finishing with a snap of dark malt-derived acidity. Save this one for your chocolate-based desserts or a meal-ending plate of rich cheeses.
MAD Beer
Sur (Sour)
MAD ("food" in Danish) Beer is the brainchild of Mikkel of Mikkeller and chef Jakob Mielcke--they make beers designed to be paired with food. An offshoot of Mikkeller's Spontan- series, Sur is a spontaneously-fermented sour beer brewed with yuzu (a super-sour citrus fruit). The fruit's presence is a dominant one, punched up by the beer's sharp acidity and bitterness. Try it with creamy blue cheese or mackerel with lemon.
MAD Beer
Umami
MAD ("food" in Danish) Beer is the brainchild of Mikkel of Mikkeller and chef Jakob Mielcke--they make beers designed to be paired with food. The most recent addition to the list of accepted basic tastes is umami, which describes the sensation of savoriness found in roasted mushrooms, meat-based broths, and heavily-aged cheeses. It's not a taste commonly found in beer. MAD brings umami into the picture using an Icelandic seaweed called søl, which imparts some saltiness and richness to the final product. The recipe is based on a German pilsner, but this is something really unusual and tasty. Try it with cured ham or smoked shrimp!
Mahr's
Ungespundet
The hazy, unfiltered lager of your dreams, with unbelievable body, freshness, and flavor. It's a rare example of artisanal brewing in a land that is lately beset by increased mass production, consolidation, and narrowing of popular tastes. Black
An over-the-top intense stout that remains drinkable and intriguing. Nearly 16% ABV, so tread lightly! An insanely complex sipper.
Mikkeller
Black Hole
Finally! Black Hole is what Mikkeller is all about. Daring, vulgar and extreme. From the very beginning Mikkeller's goal has been to push the limit and with this warming, intense imperial stout, a new chapter in the Danish beer history has been written. The high bitterness from the hops and the sweetness from the malt and alcohol, creates a good balance which makes Black Hole an explosion of nuances, but also leaves a feeling of a perfect and complex beer in the heavyweight category.

A Danish pilsner is typically characterized by a low alcohol content, piss-yellow colour and a slightly bitter taste. But it doesn’t have to be like this…! Draft Bear is Mikkeller's interpretation of a ’pilsner’, heavyweight-style. With its powerful hop notes, high alcohol content and lovely golden appearance, the only reference to the pilsner style is the clean taste of the lager yeast.

Hoppy Lovin Christmas
Hoppy Lovin' Christmas is far from what many of us think of as "Christmas beer." It's spiced, sure, and fairly malty too, but there's more complexity here than in your average winter warmer. It's a hoppy drink--an IPA spiked with ginger and pine needles--assertively bitter and dry on the finish. When it's fresh from the fermenter, it's absolutely incredible, hinting at your favorite aromas of the season without beating you over the head with nutmeg.

Rooie Dop
Double Oatmeal Stout
Of their Double Oatmeal Stout, Rooie Dop says this: "The world needs more dark strong ales." We couldn't agree more. Oats give this big ol' beer a smooth, luxurious texture and its 9.6% ABV is nearly undetectable. A touch of up front sweetness is neatly balanced by a drying bitterness provided by Columbus hops. Double good!

Thiriez
Extra Farmhouse Ale
Mon Dieu, this is good! This is one rich and très hoppy golden ale. It uses one hop varietal, a rather unusual hop grown in Kent called 'Bramling Cross.' The result has certain characteristics of an English bitter: it's not too strong, very dry, and eminently drinkable. The idea is of course that you should be able to drink a lot of it over the course of a long sit-down with friends, in the English 'session beer' tradition.

Toccalmatto
Re Hop
This is a beer designed to marry the flavors of a German pilsner and an American IPA. Sounds crazy, but it works! It's essentially an American pale ale, fueled by the classic aroma of Pacific Northwest-grown Cascade hops. But there's something else here too. You'll taste an earthy, peppery undercurrent of Saaz hops as well, adding complexity and turning this beer into something really special.
Toccalmatto
Salty Angel
As warm weather has creeped into our lives yet again, we find ourselves always wishing there were more goses on the shelves. With Salty Angel, Toccalmatto is part of the solution to this problem. It's a tart beer with a bit more coriander and salt than most other goses. Ultimate refreshment!
Toccalmatto
Skizoid
Though some call it an IPA, Skizoid is kind of its own thing. It's hoppy, sure--really hoppy, actually. It's deep orange-amber color will give you a hint that you're dealing with something new here, though. There's a touch of roasted malt character alongside caramel and raw grain flavor. Oh yeah, and the hops! We're working with Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial here--this beer's got a load of citrus flavor akin to candied orange peels, pine sap, and fresh cut grass. Delicious!
Toccalmatto
Zona Cesarini
Zona Cesarini is simply one of the best IPAs to ever come out of the ol' boot. Brewed with Sorachi Ace and Pacific Gem hops, there's a flavor here beyond the floral, grapefruity, and pine-like aromas that dominate the American IPA scene. Expect lemongrass, mango, and tangerine-like hop aroma with a firm bitterness rounding things out.

A worthy homage!

And one we frankly think should be brewed year-round.
